So I guess some may wonder or may not,I don't know,where have I gone M.I.A since my last update. And that was almost a month ago. So just so you know,I was so soooo busy preparing for my finals that has been going on for 2 weeks 2 days.Just yesterday,was my last paper and it was Literature and Physic paper 1. I wanted to rant last night but I had chemistry tuition and I feel very exhausted already by the time I reached home so I decided to rant today. Oh dear,I woke at 11 today! Okay,I must admit. Its has been quite a while now to actually woke up this late on Saturday cause most of the time,I am already wide awake around 7-8.30 am.
It's Saturday today! Finally able to breath freely and peacefully after 2 weeks plus of tortured.And I'm suppose to go out with my friends today,but I have some plan with my family so that explains everything. Anyway,to add on the excitement the fact that I'm free now, I have started working out since Monday just so to get into shape. It has been 2 weeks since I stop all my activities due to finals and guess what? I feels so good to actually sweat and be healthy! Not to mention,I'm slowing becoming a more-healthy-freak than before. Not that I don't eat good food and all but lately,the thought of becoming a healthier person slowing trying to brainwashed me. Some changes I did was
- Reduce my intake of Carbohydrate from twice to once a day that is during lunch only.
- Drink 2.5 litres of water daily. (used to only drink 1.6L)
- Drink 2 mugs of hot tea daily
- Ate more fruits ( Literally more than what I used to have)
- Ate more vegetables ( I love vegetables)
- Less on sugar intake (anything sweets.Drinks,candy,ice cream,snacks, etcc..)
- More vitamins ( Not that I don't take any before. Just that,I add salmon vitamin to it)
- Eat any wholemeal bread instead of white bread.
- Having oat for lunch whenever I have big dinner at night.
- Drink only Hot Chinese tea when I'm eating outside.(Occasionally,I will order Barli,TehC or KitChai)
- Cut down the intake of fried and oily food.
- EXERCISE EXERCISE and EXERCISE.
Just so you know,once I set my mind to achieved something,I will be more tenacious to achieved it. So,lets just see what the outcome are,shall we? And guess what,I am slowing and gradually becoming like my mum! Not that I don't like or its weird but I find that the older I got,the more I'm turning into my mum.But anyway, lately,since finals started ,I'VE BEEN DRINKING CAFFEINE EVERYDAY JUST SO I COULD BURN THE MIDNIGHT OIL. Isn't that crazy? But I told myself to avoid drinking it for a month.
What should I talk about now? seems like I'm losing some idea now. Why not starting it with holidays? Okay,guess what? We just received a letter from school telling the form 4's will be on break for 9days due to PMR,form 5 convocation and some stuff happening. So there you go. 2weeks plus of exam and followed with 9 days of short break. What more can a student ask for now?Speaking of which,I have so much in mind to do during the break and one of it will definitely be more EXERCISE! I'm pretty looking forward to it now!
